Editorial and fact-checking policy
Piyion publishes guides to help businesses make decisions about WhatsApp, CRM, campaigns, automation and artificial intelligence.
How we create our guides
Primary sources
For WhatsApp policies, pricing and functionality, we first use official Meta and WhatsApp documentation. When comparing providers, we consult their official websites.
Piyion information
We check prices, features, integrations and customer stories against Piyion’s commercial pages and approved materials.
Numerical examples
We label formulas and scenarios as illustrative. We do not present them as promises or customer results.
Updates
Articles show a review date. Policies and prices may change, so we link to current sources when relevant.
Platform comparisons
Comparisons use public information available on the stated date. Prices, limits, included users and features may change. Piyion appears as one of the options, and the guide should also explain when another type of solution may be a better fit.
Customer stories
We publish a quantitative result only when we have sufficient evidence about the company, metric, period, currency and attribution method. Otherwise, we describe only the known challenge and operation.
Authorship and responsibility
Blog content comes from Piyion’s editorial team and shows the responsible WordPress account. Piyion checks consistency with its services and links external sources so readers can verify the information.
Corrections
If a price, policy or feature changes, we may update the content while keeping its URL and recording a new modification date. To report a correction, use the Piyion contact form.
